Norah Jones Is A Holiday Hallucination [VIDEO]
On a very special, and hallucinatory holiday episode of Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations, the globe-trotting sharp-tounged food afficianado explores his darkest Christmas ever. And its all in his mind. After getting kicked out by his wife, he descends upon New York City for a sad adventure to fill both his stomach and his time before returning back to reality.
Making a stellar cameo in this 'nightmare' is Norah Jones, who sings sweetly in the lounge of the Ace Hotel, swooning the sad Bourdain with her rendition of 'Silent Night.' I'm usually not one for Christmas songs, but in this case I am very much hoping for a full version soon as this was painfully beautiful. Sporting a sexy new do, and exchanging her piano for a guitar, she lulls Bourdain to sleep once more.
Check out the video HERE:
And listen to her work with Jack White and Daniel Luppi on Dangermouse's album 'Rome'.
